NORTH JERSEY, NJ — It was no blizzard, but some North Jersey residents woke up to a thin coating of the white stuff on Presidents' Day, with a bit of snow on their cars amid 30 degree temperatures.
As predicted, less than an inch of snow fell in the early morning hours.
