Thunderstorms May Roll Through Bergen County This Weekend: See Timing, Track With Links

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Bergen County may get some relief from the high temperatures of this past week, but the weekend will also bring showers.
The National Weather Service says the area has a 60 percent chance of precipitation on Saturday, and 50 percent Sunday night.

- Saturday: "A chance of showers, then showers likely and possibly a thunderstorm after 2 p.m. Cloudy, with a high near 79." A quarter to a half inch of rain is possible.
- Sunday: 30 percent chance of showers, mainly after 2 p.m. The chance of showers and thunderstorms increases to 50 percent at night. The high is expected to be 77.
