“American Dream is filled with so many engaging and impressive experiential offerings that we decided this would be the perfect place to take our open kitchen concept to the next level – positioning the incredible craftsmanship of our team in the center of the show,” said Samuelsson. “I take great pride in building diversity among the leadership of our teams and spotlighting the culinary talent who might otherwise stay behind the scenes."

The menu will feature everything from Old Bay Crab Cakes and Jerk Pork Belly Wraps to Miso Halibut and Hot Honey Chicken and Cornbread Waffles.

There are also shareable options, such as the family style “Festival Fried Chicken” and “The Garden State Jubilee,” featuring grilled shrimp, bbq brisket, grilled ribeye, and lobster tail. In addition to the dining options, the lively bar will feature an impressive wine list, local craft beers, and creative cocktails.

“American Dream is a world-class stage where we enlist the best in entertainment, dining and retail to bring innovative concepts to life,” said Don Ghermezian, CEO of American Dream.
