9 P.M. Curfew In Effect In Oradell Monday: Police
A 'zero tolerance' policy regarding mischievous behavior will be in effect, police said.

ORADELL, N.J. — A 9 p.m. curfew in effect for Halloween night, police announced.
A "zero tolerance" policy regarding mischievous behavior will be in effect. Police said that "all mischievous behavior will be curtailed," and parents are asked to accompany children who leave their homes. Mischief Night and Halloween celebrations should be limited to residents' own properties, policed asked.
Parents should also talk to their children about unacceptable behavior, police said.

Dark-colored clothing may be difficult to see, especially after dusk, due to the decreased visibility at night, police said.
