RIVER EDGE, NJ — Got papers to shred or motor oil to drop off? The River Edge Department of Public Works will hold a mobile paper-shredding, motor oil and antifreeze collection event Saturday, Oct. 10, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the DPW Yard, 500 Riverside Way, according to a borough notice.
The borough's event flyer says residents may bring papers, magazines and softcover books for shredding. It also says the collection will accept motor oil and antifreeze, but not gasoline.
The event is for residents only, so don't shred your chance to attend — bring resident identification.
