River Edge Farmers Market Enters Final Weeks With Live Music Thursday

The borough market will feature 11 vendors and live music from Dial Tone from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday.

RIVER EDGE, NJ — The River Edge Farmers Market is heading into its final weeks, but shoppers still have another chance to stop by Thursday, Sept. 17, for fresh food from 11 vendors and live music from Dial Tone.

The market will run from 3 to 7 p.m. at 215 Continental Avenue, according to an alert from the borough. Northern New Jersey teen rock band Dial Tone is scheduled to provide live music.

Thursday's lineup includes Alstede Farms, Empanada Lady, Lara's Kitchen, Hackensack Brewing, Ethan's Farm and The Ice Cream Lady of NJ. Jersey Pickles, Orlando's Bakery, Hoboken Guac'n'Roll, Aunt Lullie's and Bubbabites are also expected.

The vendors will offer items including New Jersey fruits and vegetables, empanadas, chicken and lamb kebabs, craft beer, eggs, poultry, honey, ice cream, pickles, olives, bread, pastry, guacamole, salsa, chips, cookies, lemonade, dirty soda and dog treats.

"The Farmer's Market is in its final weeks — stop by today," the borough said in the announcement. Residents can also follow the River Edge Farmers Market on Facebook.
