RIVER EDGE, NJ — A new exhibit will bring stories from the American Revolution to the River Edge Public Library this month.
"Revolutionary Lives" will be on display from Oct. 8 through Oct. 21 at the library, 685 Elm Avenue, according to the RevolutionNJ event listing.
An opening reception is scheduled for Oct. 8 at 4:30 p.m.
The exhibit focuses on individuals who were "caught in the middle" during the American Revolution and arrives just before the 250th anniversary of George Washington's November 1776 retreat across New Jersey through Bergen County, according to RevolutionNJ.
