“It’s our hope that the Fall in Love with the American Dreamevent will move buyers off the sidelines and into the market,” said Hal Maxwell, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, NY. “We are embarking on this initiative because we believe it is critical for Coldwell Banker as an industry leader to help serve the needs of individuals listing homes with us and to help potential homebuyers understand that there are numerous benefits to owning a home. With the proper planning, homeownership is still a worthwhile long term investment.”

“With more homes to choose from, historically low interest rates, and affordability levels at the best they have been in years, there is a window of opportunity for homebuyers to achieve the American dream,” continued Maxwell.
