Dave Anthony Appointed Sales Manager of Coldwell Banker

Hal Maxwell, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, NY, is pleased to announce that Dave Anthony has been appointed branch vice president and sales manager of the office in Oradell.

Anthony, who most recently served as branch vice president of the company’s Fort Lee office, will be responsible for the oversight of 56 sales associates serving Oradell and surrounding communities.

“I am very happy to have Dave bring the successful management style he implemented in Fort Lee to our sales team in Oradell,” said Maxwell. “His technical expertise and ability to unite a team will serve him well.  I know he is going to do a great job continuing to move Oradell in the right direction and building upon the quality service to which our clients are accustomed.” 

Anthony has an extensive real estate sales and management background. Before leading Coldwell Banker’s Oradell and Fort Lee offices, he managed the company’s Clifton office.

“The Oradell office boasts an energetic, capable sales team that offers the best in real estate sales and marketing,” said Anthony. “My goal is to keep our agents on the cutting edge as far as real estate training and technology in order to provide continually exceptional customer service."

Anthony has distinguished himself with numerous sales awards and achievements, including the NRT President's Council for Managers (awarded to the Top 20% of NRT managers nationwide), the Coldwell Banker's Presidents Circle, and the New Jersey Association of REALTORS® Circle of Excellence and Million Dollar Club. He has completed training as an Accredited Buyers Representative and is a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute.
