The River Dell High School STEM Club (Science Technology Engineering Math) in conjunction with the First Tech challenge (FTC) is hosting a scrimmage at River Dell High School on Saturday, October 29th. The First Tech Challenge (FTC) is a head-to-head robotics competition. Each year a new challenge is revealed the first week of September and teams of High School aged kids around the country design, build, and program their own robots, which they then enter in local and regional competitions. This practice event gives teams an opportunity to test out their new robots in a competition setting.
Admission is free, so stop by and see what robotics is all about. Concessions will be offered throughout the day and all proceeds will go to benifit the River Dell High School STEM Club.
