Oradell Man Still Missing 1 Week After He Was Last Seen

ORADELL, NJ — Authorities continue to search for Mark Schlegel one week after he was last seen.

Schlegel, 57, was last seen as he left his home at about 3:30 p.m., police said. He was headed for a road just three blocks away and was carrying a gift bag.

Schlegel left his phone, keys and wallet at his house.

Schlegel is 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighs 165 pounds and has gray hair and blue eyes.

He was wearing a white collared shirt, light-colored shorts and boat shoes, police said.

Authorities have searched the woods and other locations near his home.

Schlegel does not have any known physical or mental health issues.
