The Oradell Department of Public Works will continue collecting storm-related tree debris.

ORADELL, NJ — The Borough of Oradell has announced a temporary storm debris collection program to help residents clean up following recent severe weather.

The Oradell Department of Public Works will continue collecting storm-related tree debris from residential properties through Friday, July 24. Public works crews will make one final pass through the borough to collect debris placed at the curb.

Residents are asked to follow several guidelines to ensure collection:

  • Place only storm-related tree debris at the curb.
  • Keep debris out of roadways and off sidewalks to maintain safe pedestrian access.
  • Do not include grass clippings, brush from routine landscaping, or other non-storm-related yard waste.
  • The DPW will only collect debris generated by the recent storm.

Officials note that debris should be placed curbside as soon as possible to ensure it is included during the final collection pass. The schedule is subject to change based on conditions throughout the borough.
