Registration is now open for the 2014 Kids Fondant Cake Camp at our new location in Ridgewood, New Jersey.
Learn the Art of Fondant Cake Decorating at The Art of Cake's 2014 Summer Kids Cake Camp directed by Chef Tammy Dunwoody. Chef Tammy was featured on The Martha Stewart Show, was a finalist on Cupcake Wars and has been featured in (201) Magazine.
Campers learn to read recipes, measure and mix, and prepare a cake for decorating. They will make fondant decorations, decorate an edible 7" cake with fondant, decorate a two tiered fondant covered display cake (not edible), participate in our cupcake decorating competition and make treats that are taken home daily. Exciting prizes are awarded during bakery bingo and for the cupcake competition. Every camper will receive their own apron to take home.
Camps run weekly from June 23-August 11. Sessions are 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday - Thursday. Campers are grouped together by age.
