Who Is Running For The River Edge And Oradell School Boards?
Here's a look at who is running for seats on the River Edge, Oradell, and River Dell Regional school boards for the 2018 election.
There are contested races in the 2018 school board election in River Edge and Oradell boards of education election this year. Monday was the deadline for candidates to file to run in the November election.
In both River Edge and Oradell, five people are running for three, three-year terms.
In River Edge the candidates are: Gyuchang Sim, Svetlana Galiulina, Adrienne Doyle, Eun Kang, and Hoochan Paul Lee. Galiulina is running under the Commitment-Understanding-Respect slogan.

In Oradell the candidates are: Mary Katherine Norian, Gregory Derian, Daniela Carvalho-Taitel, Robin Roland Levy, and Christine Robertson.
There are no contests in the River Dell Regional Board of Education races.

No petition was filed for the three-year Oradell term.
Joseph P. Manzelli Jr. and Claudia O'Neill are running uncontested for the two River Edge seats. Tracey-Ellen Ehalt is running uncontested for the unexpired, two-year River Edge term.
