Concert Announcement: Land of the Silver Birch: Celebrating Canadian Composers

This May, Angelica presents “Land of the Silver Birch: Celebrating Canadian Composers” in Westchester and New York City!

Join us for a beautiful program of choral music by Eleanor Daley, Stephen Smith, Sarah Quartel, Diane Loomer, Stephen Chatman, and Don Macdonald, alongside songs inspired by Canada’s breathtaking natural beauty.The concert also pays tribute to beloved Canadian singer-songwriters including Neil Young, Leonard Cohen, Joni Mitchell, Gordon Lightfoot, k.d. lang, and Loreena McKennitt.

We’re also delighted to be joined by guitarists Fred Caruso and Ed Pitaro, and cellist Matt Stauffer.We hope you’ll celebrate the rich musical spirit of Canada with us this spring!
