Ama Ristorante, the award-winning oceanfront restaurant on the beach in Sea Bright, is pleased to announce an all new a la carte brunch menu for Easter Sunday, March 27, 2016 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Ama Ristorante will also serve its regular dinner menu on Sunday from 4- 9 p.m. Reservations are highly recommended by calling 732.530.9760 or by visiting amaristorante.com.
Executive Chef Charles “Chuck” Lesbirel , recently named as one of the top young chefs at the Shore, will showcase his inventive Tuscan interpretations on his a la carte brunch menu as well as many traditional brunch selections. Some examples of what you will find for appetizers are: “Raw Bar”, 3 oysters, 3 clams, 3 shrimp cocktail with dipping sauces; Seasonal Fruit Salad; House Cured Salmon, rye toast, red onions, lemon aioli, capers; Caprese Salad, Bocconcini buffalo mozzarella, vine ripened tomatoes, basil; and many more selections. For a sampling of the entrées, there are : Eggs Benedict with Poached Eggs, English Muffins, Hot Soppressata EVOO Sabayon or the Bronzino, Pomelo, Italian Chicory, Sofrito and Cauliflower and many more selections. If you prefer a more traditional brunch offering there are several selections from farm fresh eggs to French Toast. Here are a few offerings: 3 Eggs Breakfast, three eggs your way, bacon or sausage and brioche toast; or, Buttermilk Pancakes, choice of berries or chocolate chips, Vermont Maple Syrup. Desserts and traditional Brunch cocktails will be available.
Traditional brunch cocktails will be available as well as wines and spirits. The menu is subject to change according to product availability.
