AMA Ristorante Features Seamus Wines at Five-Course Wine Dinner

Ama Ristorante is pleased to present a five-course wine dinner on Wednesday, November 4 at 6:30 featuring the wines of Séamus Wines.

Ama Ristorante is pleased to present a five-course wine dinner on Wednesday, November 4 at 6:30 featuring the wines of Séamus Wines from California, owned and made by a New Jersey native, James Foley. The last two wine dinners were complete sell-outs so Executive Chef Charles “Chuck” Lesbirel urges wine lovers to make their reservations right away be calling 732.530.9760. Tickets are $85 per person excluding tax and gratuity.

The five-course dinner created specifically to showcase the very small production California wines will feature six Séamus wine varietals. All of the wines will be available at retail as well just in time for holiday entertaining and gifts. Owner/winemaker Foley will be hosting the dinner and will be available to sign bottles.

Ama Ristorante recently received the 2015 Wine Spectator Award of Excellence, recognizing the restaurant’s unique and extensive wine list and its commitment to quality wine offerings.

“Jersey Shore wine lovers have long known of Ama’s distinctive wine offerings and we’re proud that these efforts have been recognized by Wine Spectator, one of the world’s most influential wine-rating sources,” said Executive Chef Charles Lesbirel. “Our wine dinners are extremely popular and Jim Foley is a personal friend of our establishment and we are pleased to offer his exceptional food friendly wines. The evening promises to be very special with some fun and exclusive surprises for our guests.”

Ama Ristorante, with stunning oceanfront and sunset views, is open Tuesday through Sunday. Wine specials are offered Tuesday – half-off all bottles of wine – and on Wednesday, when select wines by the glass are also half-off.
