Ama Ristorante Reopens After Winter Break Tuesday, Jan. 26, Accepting Reservations for Valentine's Day

Ama Ristorante at Driftwood, Sea Bright, the Jersey Shore’s most popular Italian restaurant, will reopen after their annual winter break on Tuesday, Jan. 26 for dinner at 5 p.m.

The reopening occurs just in time to make Valentine’s Day reservations, which will be celebrated with some amazing specials and the regular menu on Friday, Saturday at 5 – 11 p.m. and Sunday, Valentine’s Day at 4 – 10 p.m. Reservations are recommended call 732.530.9760 or visit online at www.amaristorante.com.

Ama Ristorante, open to the public year round, will again serve its award-winning, menu filled with delectable Tuscan-inspired dishes paired with a sophisticated, reasonably priced boutique wine list. Executive Chef Chuck Lesbirel’s menu of seasonally inspired specialties uses only the highest quality ingredients from local and global sources and is served with true Italian hospitality. The restaurant, which is right on the beach, commands a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean from the second level of Driftwood Cabana Club, a mainstay of the Jersey Shore since 1957. Inside guests will find a romantic, comfortable setting similar to a Tuscan villa with rich earthy tones, cozy dining areas and the Shore’s only toasty, wood-burning fireplace, perfect for a chilly winter day.
