• Rumson's Latest Affordable Housing Project Is Now Complete (tworivertimes.com) — Rumson has finished construction on its Borough Hall Neighborhood affordable group home at 15B Maplewood, which will house four low-income young adults with disabilities starting Oct. 1. Local officials say the project is one of four Rumson initiatives aimed at meeting the borough's sizable affordable housing obligations while integrating residents near shops, schools, parks, and transit.
