FAIR HAVEN, NJ — Registration is now open for Fair Haven Recreation's annual Halloween House Decoration Contest.
Each year, residents throughout Fair Haven are able to register their homes for the contest, which aims to determine the best-decorated houses throughout the borough.
To register your home, you can email Recreation@fhboro.net by Sunday, Oct. 18, with your name and home address.
The contest will be judged by fellow Fair Haven residents via an online poll.
During the week of Halloween, an e-blast will be sent out with the link for residents to cast their votes.
Participating homes should be ready for judging by Monday, Oct. 26. The final day to submit your vote is Sunday, Nov. 1.
Prizes will be awarded to the top three winners. Houses cannot be professionally decorated.
