DWI Checkpoint In Fair Haven Friday Night

They'll be pulling drivers over into the Acme parking lot on River Road from 10 p.m. Friday through 2 a.m. Saturday.

FAIR HAVEN, NJ — The Monmouth County DWI Task force will conduct a DWI checkpoint to detect drivers under the influence of alcohol and or drugs this Friday night, July 21 in Fair Haven.

The checkpoint will be run from 10 p.m. Friday through 2 a.m. Saturday on River Road.

Task force members and officers from the Fair Haven police department will pull vehicles from the eastbound lanes into the Acme parking lot to determine driver’s sobriety, said Brielle Police Chief Michael W. Palmer, task force coordinator.
