7th Annual Family Fishing Tournament. $200 prize awarded for heaviest fish (any kind) in Women's, and children age 12 and under catagory. $100 prize for lightest legal size Striped Bass caught. $10,000 (based on number of entries) for heaviest legal size Striped Bass caught. First, second, and third place prize awarded. The prizes are given out at the after tournament party, at the Rumson First Aid Building with free food and drinks are served. Captains Meeting held Friday June 15th starting at 6 PM at the Rumson Boat Ramp, behind Rumson Boro Hall. This tournament honors long time Rumson resident Pete Pauels.
