Relax ... So They Can Ride: 'Lose The Training Wheels' Benefit

Yoga class from 2 to 3:30 p.m., followed by refreshments and a sampler of Body/Mind/Spirit services, such as massage, mini-facials, shamanic healing, angel card readings, and a cleanse demo/talk by Julie Page, D.C.

The afternoon will end with a raffle of various goodies!
