Sam Kiningham Lineman Clinic

My name is Sam Kiningham and I am holding a Lineman Clinic this summer in Fair Haven.  I am the offensive and defensive coach at Colts Neck High School.  I have also coached at Fairleigh Dickinson University after playing 5 years of college football as an offensive lineman.

The Lineman Clinic will focus on the fundamentals of both offensive and defensive line play.   The session will start with a fitness section conducted by John Waklais CPT from On the Ball Fitness.  We will be conducting Offensive and Defensive Instructional Drills.

Every session will end with a Q&A.

The players will leave with a better understanding of how to play their position and they will be ready to play at the next level.
