Ama Ristorante - recently awarded the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence - is pleased to announce a very special five-course Champagne Lanson tasting dinner on Wednesday, December 9 at 6:30 with guest speaker Geraldine Kenny, Lanson’s New York Region Manager. Champagne Lanson is one of the oldest existing Champagne Houses, making some of the world’s finest champagnes since 1760. Over the years, the winemakers behind this famous label have carefully perfected their art, passing down the secrets of their craft from one generation to the next. Champagne Lanson’s chef du cave, Jean Paul Gandon, has been chief winemaker for over 40 years, blending every single one of the champagnes bearing the Lanson name. Champagne Lanson has a definitive style with mouth-watering freshness and exceptional purity of fruit; it’s renowned for its distinctly crisp, effortlessly elegant style.
This unique side-by-side tasting will allow attendees to discern their favorite style of champagne. All champagnes will be available at retail at Ama Ristorante for holiday gifts or entertaining. Seats are sure to sell out quickly so reserve your spot now by calling 732.530.9760 Tickets are $85 excluding tax and gratuity.
