Ama Ristorante is a contributor to the 160-page cookbook, which is brimming with delicious signature recipes from the Shore’s favorite restaurants. Its author, Deborah Smith, a Jersey Shore native, is also the founder of New Jersey’s most popular independently owned food blog, JerseyBites.com.
Tickets are $50 per person and $75 per couple.
