Jersey Shore Medical Spa To Open New Fair Haven Location

FAIR HAVEN, NJ — LEV Lounge, a Jersey Shore medical spa and wellness brand, has signed a lease for its second location in Fair Haven.

Founded by Chelsea Gullette, LPN, the new location is set to open this fall at 756 River Road.

The expansion reflects the strong client demand and trust the brand has built since LEV Lounge opened its flagship location in Monmouth Beach less than two years ago, officials said.

Fair Haven was also a deliberate choice for the new location, as LEV Lounge already has "a strong and growing following in and around the town," and aims to bring the full LEV Lounge experience directly to clients with their new location.

From day one, Fair Haven will offer LEV Lounge's complete menu of services, including wrinkle relaxer, collagen stimulator, and dermal filler treatments, custom IV therapy, healthspan injectables, GLP-1 weight management and metabolic health programs, skin treatments, medical-grade skincare and membership options.

Anthony Lombardi, MD, FACS, a board-certified plastic surgeon, continues as Medical Director across both locations, ensuring clients in Fair Haven receive the same clinical expertise and standard of care as those in Monmouth Beach.

Dr. Lombardi, who has practiced in Monmouth County throughout his career and will continue to oversee clinical standards at both locations, added that their goal "has always been consistency: the same level of expertise and standard of care no matter which door a client walks through."
