Kula Cafe Hosts Shore House's Celebration of National Poetry Month.
Shore House creates awareness for Mental Health through spoken word.

Asbury Park, April 22, 2016: Calling all poets! In celebration of National Poetry Month, Shore House members along with the Kula Café are hosting an open mic poetry reading. Writing in all forms; poetry, short stories, song lyrics have long been used as a form of therapy. Many members keep journals or write creatively not only for its therapeutic value, but as a form of self-expression and for the positive energy it generates.
The reading is free and open to the public. Sign up will begin at 6:30 and the event will begin at 7:00 until 9:00. The kitchen will be open to purchase food. Kula Café is located at 1202 Springwood Avenue, Asbury Park 07712.
