The LWV Organizes Virtual Forum For Congressional District 6 Democratic Primary Sunday, May 17, 2026, 7 pm

Anyone registering for the forum can submit questions during the registration process by May 10

The League of Women Voters (LWV) of Monmouth County is hosting a forum for the Democratic Primary candidates running for Congressional District 6 on Sunday, May 17, 2026, 7 pm. The League of Women Voters of the Greater New Brunswick Area is also sponsoring the forum.

The program will be via a Zoom Webinar platform that accommodates a live audience of 500 and registration is required. Register in advance at bit.ly/cd6primary.

Questions may be submitted during the registration process or by email lwvforum2026@gmail.com by putting “CD-6 Democrats” in the Subject line. Questions should be submitted by May 10 to be considered for the forum.

CD-6 includes the Middlesex County municipalities of Carteret, Edison, Highland Park, Metuchen, New Brunswick, Old Bridge (part), Perth Amboy, Piscataway, Sayreville, South Amboy, South Plainfield, Woodbridge; and the Monmouth County municipalities of Aberdeen, Allenhurst, Asbury Park, Atlantic Highlands, Bradley Beach, Deal, Fair Haven, Hazlet, Highlands, Interlaken, Keansburg, Keyport, Little Silver, Loch Arbour, Long Branch, Matawan, Middletown (part), Monmouth Beach, Oceanport, Neptune City, Neptune Township, Red Bank, Rumson, Sea Bright, Union Beach, and West Long Branch.


The League of Women Voters, a nonpartisan political organization, has an established record for fair and informative forums. A trained League moderator from outside the voting area will preside.
