The RFH powerhouse has arrived. The Rumson-Fair Haven Bulldogs beat the Red Bank 21-0 Saturday night, to take the Central Group III championship at Rutgers’ High Point Solutions Stadium. The game was Rumson’s third consecutive state title in a row.
