Rumson Football Coach Won't be Rehired: Report
A new head coach will be recommended to the Board of Education on Tuesday night.

Rumson, NJ - He led the Bulldogs to win a state championship in December, but Bryan Batchler will not be rehired as Rumson-Fair Haven Regional’s head football coach for the 2016 season, reports the Asbury Park Press.
Batchler was placed on paid administrative leave from his teaching and coaching duties on Dec. 14, just nine days after RFH beat Red Bank 21-0 in the Central Group III championship game.
He had been a math teacher at the high school since 2008. The December 2015 championship win was the consecutive state sectional title for the Bulldogs under Batchler’s leadership.
