Rumson Restaurants Donate Portion Of Sales To Ukraine
Undici and Surf are two of four Rallo restaurants that have committed to donating a portion of their sales to Ukraine.

RUMSON, NJ — Two Rumson restaurants have announced that a portion of their March 31 sales will be donated to a charity assisting with the Ukraine crisis.
Undici, located at 11 W. River Rd., and Surf, located at 132 E. River Rd., have informed customers that 20% of their total sales on March 31 will be promptly donated to Chef Jose Andres' World Central Kitchen Charity.
The World Central Kitchen Charity was established in 2010 with the mission of feeding those in need both locally and globally. “Since February 24th, World Central Kitchen has served one million meals and now has over 330 distribution points in 55 active cities that are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week,” Rallo Restaurant Teams said.

Currently, the charity has teams serving meals to those in need throughout Eastern Europe. They have also partnered with restaurants in Ukraine that are still open to ensure that anyone who remains in the country can get a hot meal.
“This crisis hits particularly close to home for us because it is directly impacting one of our own Anatoliy, a senior manager at Undici, who was born and raised in The Ukraine. His family, as well as his wife's family, still lives in the Ukraine,” Rallo Restaurant Teams said.

On March 31, there will also be opportunities to donate directly to the cause. One hundred percent of these donations will go directly to Anatoliy’s family.
