Rumson Schools Closed Monday

Rumson, NJ - Rumson public schools will be closed Monday, Jan. 25 as the township continues to dig itself out. Borough offices will be closed Monday, as well.

Fair Haven schools are also closed. Christian Brothers Academy in Lincroft closed as well.

Also, if you parked by the Sea Bright bridge to avoid flooding during the storm, you should have moved your car by now, Rumson police say.

Red Bank public schools closed Monday, too, as did the vast majority of school districts in New Jersey. A complete list of all closed schools in the state is here.

For those going into work or school Monday morning: Expect roads to ice up overnight Sunday.

There will be increased traffic and slippery roads Monday morning. Leave extra time for your commute. Visibility is limited due to high snow piles, so be careful merging on and off roads.

Go slower and take extra caution while driving.
