About the Organizers
The Boricua Community Building Center (BCBC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to uplifting Puerto Rican communities through cultural advocacy, education, and grassroots action. Our mission is to strengthen identity, support local solutions, and open new opportunities for Puerto Ricans in New Jersey and across the diaspora.
We are honored to partner with AdocPR, the Puerto Rico Documentary Filmmakers Association, a network of over 70 Puerto Rican documentary filmmakers, scholars, and artists working to elevate Boricua stories on national and international stages.Â
Together, we are bringing Cinema on the Road to New Jersey as the heart of our inaugural Boricua Film Festival.
