3 Union County High Schools In NJ's Top 10: U.S. News 2020
See where the three Union County High Schools ranked nationally and in the NJ, according to the 2020 U.S. News & World Report.
SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ — While Union County high school students continue to learn virtually amid the coronavirus pandemic, the U.S. News & World Report has kept up its rankings, finding three county high schools as among the top 100 in New Jersey.
"The Best High Schools rankings provide the most comprehensive, data-based information on nearly every public high school in the country," Anita Narayan, managing editor of Education at U.S. News, said in a news release. "Families can use this information to see how their local schools compare on graduation rates and state assessments, as well as academic performance by students who are traditionally underserved — those who are black, Hispanic or from low-income households."
Academy for Information Technology ranked at number 8 in New Jersey and number 130 in the nation.

Union County Magnet High School ranked at number 9 in New Jersey and number 131 in the nation.
Academy for Allied Health Sciences ranked at number 10 in New Jersey and number 207 in the nation.
