Large Tree Topples Onto Fanwood Home During Nor'Easter

FANWOOD, NJ — A large tree toppled onto a Fanwood home on Sunday following a Nor'easter.

On Sunday at 7:35 a.m., the Fanwood Fire Department was called to a home at the corner of Herbert Avenue and 2nd Street for a large tree into a home.

The tree caused structural damage to the home, according to the fire department.

"The fire department secured the utilities and the residence was evacuated," said the fire department.
