The performance takes place at the Patricia M. Kuran Cultural Arts Center, also known as the Carriage House, next to Fanwood Borough Hall, 135 Watson Road off Martine Avenue.

Set in 1820, the play follows "Piney" Jane as she sets out to uncover the mysteries surrounding the legendary Jersey Devil, a fearsome creature said to inhabit New Jersey's Pine Barrens. Joining her search is Joseph Bonaparte, the exiled king of Spain and Napoleon's older brother. Together, they must discover whether the beast is real and whether they can survive the encounter.

Doors open at 2:30 p.m, and a $10 cash contribution per person is suggested. Reservations are not accepted, and seating is limited.
