Beekeeping at the Scotch Plains Public Library

​On Thursday, February 9 at 7:00pm, Dr. A. Gary Schilling, will give an overview of beekeeping and the importance of honey bees.

On Thursday, February 9 at 7:00pm, Dr. A. Gary Schilling, economist and avid beekeeper, will give an overview of beekeeping and the importance of honey bees. He will bring some of his beekeeping equipment for “show and tell” and there will be time for questions after the presentation. Dr. Shilling is currently on the board of Project Apis m., the major supporter of research into honey bee maladies in North America.
