REGULAR MEETING OF NOVEMBER 22, 2021

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the scheduled meetings of the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Fanwood, County of Union, State of New Jersey scheduled on November 1, 2021 and November 15, 2021 have been adjourned.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in compliance with the provisions of the “Open Public Meetings Act” of the State of New Jersey, N.J.S.A. 10:4 et seq., specifically N.J.S.A. 10:4-8 (d), the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Fanwood, County of Union, State of New Jersey, advises that a Regular Meeting will be held on November 22, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. est.

The meeting will be conducted by means of electronic, telephonic communications, and/or videotelephony-teleconference. All meetings will be broadcast on the local access television within 24 hours following conclusion. Meetings are also live broadcast on https://www.facebook.com/fanwoodnewjersey/. Live streams are available to viewers with or without a Facebook account. Viewers without a Facebook account can access the stream directly using the livestream URL.  Elected Officials, professionals, and employees may participate in the meeting virtually.

At the time of this notice, the purpose of the meeting is to carry out regular monthly business. The agenda items may include, but are not limited to: Presentations, Communications, Appointments, Reports, Public Comments, Public Hearings, Payment of Claims, Approval of Minutes, Consent Agenda, Consideration of Ordinances, Approval of Resolutions, Miscellaneous (Unfinished) Business. Formal action will be taken.  This meeting is open to the public. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to enter closed executive session, per N.J.S.A. 10:4-12. Members of the public must state their full name and address for the record. The agenda will be published on the official Borough of Fanwood website (www.fanwoodnj.org).
