Celebrate the 20th Anniversary of Harry Potter at Scotch Plains Public Library

The Scotch Plains Public Library will be kicking off the summer reading season with a celebration of all things Harry Potter!

The Scotch Plains Public Library will be kicking off the summer reading season with a celebration of all things Harry Potter for Scotch Plains and Fanwood residents on Monday, June 26th.

Online registration for all of the Harry Potter events will open on Monday, June 12th.

The events are as follows:

9:00 am | Harry Potter Mini Movie Marathon featuring the first two Harry Potter movies

2:00 pm | Little Wizards and Muggles Butterbeer Creation* (ages 5 and up) Click here to register.

3:00 pm | Harry Potter Potion Spa* (ages 13 and up) Click here to register.

4:00 pm | House Vs. House Jeopardy* (ages 8 and up) Click here to register.

7:30 pm | Harry Potter Parody Raconteur Show (ages 8 and up)

Beginning on June 26th and running all week, there will be a Harry Potter Scavenger Hunt in the Children’s Department and Book Trivia in the Adult and Teen Departments. Stop by anytime to for a chance to solve all of the puzzles.
