Congregation Beth Israel to Hold Blood Drive

Community blood drive at local synagogue

The Men’s Club of Congregation Beth Israel will hold a Blood Drive on Sunday, December 2, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Scotch Plains synagogue.

Run by Community Blood Services of New Jersey, the drive is open to anyone in the community, 18 years or older, who is medically eligible to donate blood. No pre-registration is required.

All blood donors will receive complimentary cholesterol screenings and a light snack.

The Men’s Club of Congregation Beth Israel hosts a winter and spring blood drive annually.

Congregation Beth Israel is located at 18 Shalom Way (corner of Martine Ave.), Scotch Plains, NJ. The blood drive will be held in a bus stationed in the synagogue’s parking lot adjacent to its building.
