Congregation Beth Israel Kicks Off Men's Club Events

Scotch Plains synagogue holds blood drive, tailgate, and cornhole tournament

The Men’s Club of Congregation Beth Israel (CBI) kicked off the year with a community blood drive, tailgate party, and cornhole tournament on Sunday, September 12, at the Scotch Plains synagogue. The blood drive was run by Vitalant, one of the nation’s oldest and largest nonprofit community blood service providers. Scotch Plains Mayor Josh Losardo and Scotch Plains Councilman Matt Adams attended the day’s events.

The Men’s Club of Congregation Beth Israel hosts a fall and spring blood drive annually, as well as other community outreach events. It also provides social and educational opportunities for synagogue families. Learn more about CBI Men's Club programming at www.cbinj.org.
