Inspired by the early success of the teen cooking classes, the library will host two cooking workshops this April.

Inspired by the early success of the teen cooking classes, the library will host two cooking workshops this April. On Wednesday, April 18 at 6 pm, Dana will lead the group in making (and eating) microwave pizzas. Stop by to experiment with different toppings and learn how easy it is to make a personal pizza in just minutes. Registration is required; please note any food allergies on the registration form. Registration will begin Wednesday, April 4 at 1pm. This program is for students in grades 5-12.

As a special bonus, Valerie Gray, author of the blog From Val’s Kitchen will be coming in to teach teens how to use Instant Pots on Thursday, April 19 at 5 pm. The group will be making an appetizer, entree, and dessert, so come hungry. Space is extremely limited and registration is required. Please note any allergies on the registration form. This program is for students in grades 5-12. Registration will open on Monday, April 9 at 11:00am.

For more information, visit www.scotlib.org, email library@scotlib.org, call (908) 322-5007 x 204 or stop by the Reference Desk.
