Dunkin' To Host Grand Opening Celebration For Scotch Plains Store

The celebration on Saturday includes prizes, free samples, face painting, balloon art, donut decorating and appearance by Dunkin's mascot.

SCOTCH PLAINS, NJ — Dunkin’ will be hosting a grand opening for its Next Generation concept store in Scotch Plains with a celebration and exclusive new menu items on Saturday.

The new restaurant, which opened its doors earlier this summer, is formally commemorating the store’s grand opening with an official ribbon cutting ceremony on Sept. 28 at 2246 North Ave. from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The business owners and members of the Scotch Plains community will be celebrating with prizes, free samples, face painting, balloon art, donut decorating and a special appearance by Dunkin’s mascot Cuppy.

Additionally, this Dunkin’ store is one of 300 Next-Gen Dunkin’ restaurants across the country that will offer exclusive menu items, including:

  • Cold Brew Latte - Cold Brew Latte combines the smooth, bold taste of cold brew with the creaminess of a latte for the ultimate Cold Brew experience
  • Shakerato - A bold, espresso-forward beverage where two shots of sweetened espresso are swirled to create a cold foam layer.
  • Café Au Lait - Our classically bold Dark Roast coffee combined with steamed milk for a rich and creamy coffee beverage – available hot or iced.
