The Scotch Plains Library is hosting a Chocolate Party to close out our Teen Summer Reading Program! We will have an Oreo Stacking Contest, a Hershey Kiss Challenge, and cupcake decorating. We will also watch Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. All teen program members are welcome.
