Williams Memorial Park&nbsp;on Port Reading Ave on the Sewaren waterfront, featuring live music entertainment followed by a fireworks show at dusk.&nbsp;Gates open at 4:00 p.m.; entertainment runs until dusk and the fireworks go off when it gets dark.
