Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA annual Fall Harvest set for October 22

The event is free and open to the community

The Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA’s Fall Harvest event is returning on Saturday, October 22 from 12:00-3:00pm. The event is free and open to the community and includes fun, fall-themed activities for the entire family.

Activities at the event include: trackless train rides; arts and crafts; games and prizes; a pumpkin patch and pumpkin decorating; tasty treats, and more. In addition, decorate your own scarecrow. Bring old clothing, including a shirt, pants and a hat, as well as a pillowcase to create yours!

Plus, from October 22-October 31, the Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA is offering a Joiner’s Fee special of just $20.22 - a savings up to over $75. Come to the Fall Harvest event and join the Y for the reduced Joiner’s Fee. All proceeds will benefit the Y’s annual support campaign to assist local residents in need.

The rain date for Fall Harvest will be Sunday, October 23 from 12:00-3:00pm. In the case of inclement weather, please check the Y’s website or Facebook page before coming to the event.

Fall Harvest will be held in the Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA’s parking lot, 1340 Martine Avenue in Scotch Plains.
