Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA Swim Team

The Fanwood-Scotch Plains YMCA (FSPY) swim team was represented by 48 swimmers at the 2025 NJ YMCA 13 & Over State Championship from March 7-10 at Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. With over 21 teams from all around the state in attendance, the girls took 4th, the boys took 3rd, and the team achieved a combined 3rd place. In addition, adding these results with the points from the earlier 12/Under State Championship meant that FSPY placed 3rd overall in New Jersey for the first time in the team’s history!
