Fanwood's Party In The Park Is June 26

FANWOOD, NJ — Fanwood Recreation Commission's 11th annual Party in the Park will host a wide array of activities for all ages on Tuesday, June 26 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. at LaGrande Park.

The party will include music, rides, amusements and more. Kids will have the opportunity to participate in a number of contests and games.

The event is free and rides will be offered for a small ticket fee. Food will be sold at the park.

Party in the Park also kicks off the Fanwood Free Summer Movie Series that will run continuously throughout the summer. Following the Party in the Park, the first Free Movie Night Series will feature a screening of Despicable Me 3. Rain date will be Wednesday, June 27.

The movie will be played on the state-of-the-art 16 foot-wide movie screen. All are invited to bring a blanket or lawn chair for viewing purposes.
