"George is a very unique dog. George and his sister, Louise, were rescued from a high kill shelter in South Carolina about 6 years ago when they were 12 weeks old. I fostered George and is sister when they came to New Jersey.

We fell in love with George and decided to adopt him. He was like a little teddy bear and had a quirky personality (and still does). George is a mixed breed with beautiful eyes, an adorable under-bite and stubby tail.
He has come a long way from his humble beginnings as a fearful puppy who was wary of people. He is now a therapy dog with 'St. Hubert’s Paws for People’ and visits nursing homes and libraries where he brings joy to the people who have an opportunity to visit with him."
